Bryan

While the area is mostly known as Bryan/College Station, we are clearly two distinct communities. Bryan is the old, more historic area with a rich history.  Downtown Bryan has been redeveloped and is booming with great restaurants, retail stores and antique shops.  While it is a place to shop and eat, they have many companies headquartered in downtown Bryan as well. 

The most popular event of the year is the annual Texas Reds Steak and Grape Festival which is typically held the last week week of September or first week of October in Downtown Bryan.  In 2018, country star Wynonna was the music headliner.

Bryan is also home to two very impressive country club communities, Traditions Country Club and Miramont Country Club.
